This is where you start making changes and building up basic skills. The focus is on leaders and problem solving skills.
This is where you start doing projects and rolling out tools. Big changes happen here.
In this phase, you have the basics implemented. Now you are adding advanced tools, and spreading change into every nook and cranny.
This is the steady-state phase. You'll still roll out new things as you learn more, but the goal here is to keep setting more lofty goals.
