About Our Phase Checklist System

We have a phase checklist for each phase. The fully editable version is part of our Program Leader Pack, with the intention that the checklist can be distributed as needed, but will be tracked by the PL.

To facilitate following the checklist, and being able to assign out tasks to leaders, we offer a Tasks & Gates resource for each phase, with a PDF version of the checklist provided within for convenience. All phases are available in the Black Belt Membership, with some available in the Green Belt Membership as well.
