Build in Quality

Zero defects is an aspiration. No company has yet achieved it, but some processes have. And striving for it makes you much, much better.

Adopt a Zero Defects Mentality

Continuous improvement, to most people, implies improving production processes. It also means that you have to improve the systems that support your continuous improvement efforts.

Strengthen Your Systems

The best companies at continuous improvement have full engagement from their teams. Everyone contributes to making things better.
