The Continuous Improvement Development System (CIDS) is your step-by-step roadmap for building and operating a business management system that actually sustains a continuous improvement culture. It removes the guesswork by sequencing what to do next, and when to do it, so you’re not stitching together disconnected tools and trainings.
CIDS is organized into two parts. The first is our Transformation Framework. It is organized by phases. That structure helps leaders align teams, focus on the few moves that matter, and make visible, compounding progress. You can start with this overview to see exactly how the system works and where you fit today.
