The challenge is deciding which ideas belong in the current project and which should be captured for future action.This printable A3 Project Parking Lot poster provides a simple visual system for recording valuable ideas, opportunities, and future improvements without distracting the team from its current objectives. Instead of losing good ideas—or allowing them to derail project discussions—the Parking Lot keeps them visible until the appropriate time.The companion Project Parking Lot List provides additional recording space so teams can continue documenting opportunities throughout larger or longer-running improvement projects.Whether you're facilitating an A3 project, leading a Kaizen event, or managing continuous improvement initiatives, these resources help teams stay focused while preserving every worthwhile idea.<img src="https://ezycourse.b-cdn.net/5664/cmr3qsoa851p0vapl1y2i0dmv.png" alt="image" containerstyle="position: relative;
