We become part of your team for a month at a time, 2-3 days per week, for a few hours per day. This consistent time with you lets you accomplish a lot, without needing to hire a full-time Lean expert or Six Sigma Black Belt.
We'll help you develop the team you have as we join forces to create a powerful continuous improvement culture and business management system.
And, of course, we are backed by CI Central, our powerful training and resource platform, so you'll be sure to get things done even after we leave the building.
It's pretty simple. You contract us to be there 2 days a week, at a specific time, for 4 weeks in a row. We have 2 or 3 hour options, with Fridays reserved for the times when you need a bit more work done.
The key is consistency. You'll have our expert (Jeff Hajek) on site for either 2 or 3 hours on our Monday/Wednesday, or Tuesday/Thursday schedule. Fridays can be booked in advance as part of the contract, or you can add time as needed, if the date is available.
The best option is for us to do this locally. It lets us deliver the most value. We can also do this as a remote service, but local clients have priority.
